About Me
Born in Oxfordshire in 1978, I met my husband at university
and relocated to the West Midlands to be with him. We married
in 2004 and I am now a mummy of 2 gorgeous children both
born at Solihull hospital. We live in Solihull with chickens as
our surrogate dogs!
I have practised yoga since the birth of my son in 2007 which
helped me keep fit and healthy during my 2nd pregnancy.
I also attended active birth classes for both my pregnancies.
Both Yoga and Active Birth classes were key to my achieving a VBAC when I had my daughter in 2009. This experience prompted me to take a huge leap of faith and change
my career to retrain as an Antenatal Birth Educator and Doula. I am passionate about supporting women in an amazing journey of pregnancy and motherhood, getting them in touch with their mind, bodies and their babies.
I have trained with Relaxed Birth and Parenting as an Antenatal Birth Educator which is accredited by the Federation of Antenatal Educators and I am also a Trainee Doula undergoing accreditation with Doula UK.
So this is a little about me and my story so far. Please feel free to view the rest of my
website and if there is anything I can help with, please do not hesitate to contact me.
