I support women and their families as a Relaxed Birth and Parenting Educator and trainee Doula, running weekly antenatal classes incorporating pregnancy yoga and birth preparation in the West Midlands. These classes will support you both emotionally and physically, helping you to prepare for birth, motherhood and parenting in a relaxing and supportive environment empowering you to achieve the birth experience you want.

Understand how to support the normal physiological process of birth, practice postures and movements for labour and explore your choices around birth.
Learn simple, calming breathing techniques allowing you to focus inwardly on your own rhythm which is key to helping you relax in labour as well as throughout your pregnancy
and learning to parent.

and your precious baby.
